When I received my fox fur hat with feathers and rosette, I needed to send it back for a minor adjustment. The good folks at Glacier Wear were not only very willing and helpful, but they actually reimbursed my cost of shipping. Who does that nowadays?? I definitely plan on doing more business with them.
