Orders can be placed online or by telephone. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with satisfaction in our products and service. Should you have any questions, we are happy to answer them. We encourage you to contact us to discuss any concerns you might have.

All of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the quality or workmanship of an item, simply return it for a refund of purchase price.

We require pre-payment for all custom orders, upon receipt of order.

Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.  We are unable to accept Gift Cards at this time.  

All our items are obtained legally and we possess all proper permits and licenses required by law. Though we may be unaware of the laws in your state for you to acquire them. We will hold you responsible for any fees incurred, should you order an item that you cannot legally possess. If you are unsure if you can legally possess an item, please contact your State's or Country's Fish & Wildlife Department prior to ordering.

Shipping

All in stock items will ship within 1-2 days. All orders are sent via US Postal Service, UPS Ground or FedEx. You will be notified if the item you ordered is out of stock and the approx. delivery date.  Additional Charges may be added for Alaska & Hawaii orders.  You will be notified if additional charges are incurred. 

Shipping can be expedited through the use of USPS Express Mail, UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day or FedEx Express delivery for an additional charge.

Shipping chart is for US shipments only. Please contact us for International Shipping.

Insurance can be added to your order for an additional charge. Please let us know at time of order.

Returns

  • Please contact us first to authorize a return. We must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of order.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Returned items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • All exchanges or refunds must be accompanied by original or copy of receipt and are processed upon receipt of return.
  • Customer may be responsible for return shipping.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days.
  • No refunds on custom orders.
