End of story first. I got the hat I wanted a day early and she absolutely loved it.
Now the start of the story. I ordered a beaver hat that was delivered on time and of great quality but wasn't as white as depicted. I contacted Glacier by phone, talked to Randy (one of the managers), they made this hat that day, overnight shipped it to where I was traveling to in Ohio right before xmas, it got there a day early, and SUCCESS!
The whole staff was focused on making me the customer happy. I'm a manager for a major automotive company and my title is Manager Customer Experience and I would love to have this level of support on our products. A good reason to do business with an American company in Maine.
