unhappy with the quality or workmanship of an item, simply return it
for a refund of purchase price.
We require ½ deposits for all custom orders,
upon receipt of order.

possess all proper permits and licenses required by law.
Though we may be unaware of the laws in your state for you to
acquire them. We will
hold you responsible for any fees incurred, should you order an item
that you cannot legally possess.
Shipping
All in stock items will ship within 24 hours.
All orders are sent via US Postal Service or UPS ground. You
will be notified if the item you ordered is out of stock and the
approx. delivery date.
Shipping can be expedited through the use of
USPS Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day
delivery for an additional charge.
All shipments are for the United States only.
Returns
Please contact us first to authorize a return.
We must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of order.
Returned items must be in new, unused
condition.
All exchanges or refunds must be accompanied by
original or copy of receipt.
Customer may be responsible for return
shipping.
All returns must be made within 30 days.
No refunds on custom orders.
