About Glacier Wear
Randy set his first traps for muskrat, raccoon and fox at age twelve and still continues to trap marten and beaver in the mountains of NW Montana. Randy and Colleen spent twelve years in the outfitting and guide business both in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana and Northern region of Maine. After selling the outfitting business in 1991, they purchased an existing fur business and went through extensive training. Now master furriers, Randy & Colleen are looking forward to their 25th anniversary in the fur industry. They resided in Eureka, Montana from 1998 until 2014. They relocated from Montana to Maine in Oct. 2014. Both of their daughters, Jessica and Beca have been exposed to, or involved with the hunting and the fur industry their whole lives. Jessica inherited her passion for fur and joined the business in 2003. Along with their daughter Jessica and Granddaughter Maya, they reside in Greenville, Maine, making Glacier Wear family owned and operated.
